Annual general meeting
As with the practice, the Annual general meeting of the Association took place in the morning before the golf tournament, on June 20th, 2015 at the Coaticook Golf Club. There was no election, the members of the administration committee from which the mandate came due, being taken back in their functions for three more years.
To support the president during his retrospective from 2014-2015, Mado Scalabrini Bégin made a statement favoring the introduction of a co-chair annually, Carole Tremblay intervened bringing important issues to the Web Site and Maurice Scalabrini has argued for a greater involvement of members both in the renewal of the AC and in subcommittees.
There was an annual family membership, with the Association, drawn among the non-members participating to the meeting. Another drawing was made among the members who attended the AGM for the cost of the supper.
